Return & Exchange Policy – VIBRANSE

This return policy is valid for the United States of America

You have the right to return 7 days after the arrival of your order

The products can easily be returned. The actual costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies both in the case of dissatisfied products as well as deflect received product.

With most packages the return labels are in the box, if this is not the case send us an email at sales@vibranse.store and we will send them digitally. You can then print them and add them in the return package.

Note: Only products in NEW* condition can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use.

NEW = These are unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.

Once we have received and verified your return, you will have your refund within 10 business days using the payment method you used when ordering.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.

We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive if something goes wrong with your order.

At VIBRANSE, every shirt is custom-made and printed to match your unique design preferences. Because our products are made to order, we place the highest value on precision, quality, and your satisfaction. 


RETURNS: If you change your mind after the order is placed, ordered incorrect, and color, NO PROBLEM! We can exchange your t-shirt.

  1. Write us to sales@vibranse.store and request a return authorization number to start the process for your return.
  2. Please contact us and provide us with a description showing the reason for returning the product, provide details. See below on process for starting a return or exchange.
  3. Return is your responsibility and you will have to pay for your return.
  4. A re-stocking fee of $3.99 will be deducted from your credit.
  5. Credits for return products take average of 10 days business days (business days are considered Monday-Friday) to appear on your bank statement.
  6. Place a 2nd order for the correct t-shirt.

We strongly encourage you to carefully review design previews, size charts, and color details before submitting your final order. 


RETURNABLE CASES: While most custom orders are final, we will gladly correct any issue caused by a production or fulfillment error on our end. You may qualify for a return or exchange if:

  1. The item you received is defective, damaged, or misprinted
  2. You received the wrong item or size (different from what was ordered)
  3. The product was damaged during shipping

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.


HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To begin the process, email our support team at sales@vibranse.store with the following:

  1. Your full name and order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or error

Our team will review your request promptly. If approved, we’ll issue a RAN (return authorization number) via email. The cost of returning the product is your responsibility. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a partial refund (minus re-stocking fee $3.99 per order) to your original payment method based on your preference


RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

  1. Unworn and unwashed
  2. In original packaging and with original garment tags attached
  3. Free from signs of wear, stains, or damage after delivery

We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that don’t meet these conditions.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Because orders go into production quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible within the first 12 hours after placing your order.

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring a favorite shirt you already own and comparing it to the chart before ordering.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: NO, at this moment; we are only shipping to the continental USA

Q: How do I care for my custom tee?
A: To keep your print looking fresh:

  1. Wash inside out with cold water
  2. Use mild detergent
  3. Avoid bleach
  4. Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results
  5. Do not iron directly on the print
